Bells Corners is one of the top districts reporting the highest gains in average residential resale prices as recently reported in the Ottawa Citizen. I specialize in the area, having lived here for over 20 years. If you're thinking of a move, I'd be happy to share with you the many reasons we love calling Bells Corners home!

Westcliffe Estates

Westcliffe Estates is a neighbourhood founded in 1969, with most of the older homes in this area built by Assaly Corporation and later the Thomas C. Assaly Corporation. The Westcliffe community is characterized by a good blend of housing types, including single family homes, semi-detached homes, townhomes (freehold and condominium) and stacked homes. There is a housing complex operating by Nepean Housing, as well as a seniors residence and co-operative housing project. The area is adjacent to NCC trails and the Trans Canada Trail.

Lynwood Village/Arbeatha Park

Lynwood Village, along with sub-neighbourhood Arbeatha Park, is an area of well built solid homes for the most part built in the 1950s and 1960s with many great examples of mid-century modern design. Teron was the prominent builder for the single family homes in the area, however there is also a pocket of homes built by Edstan, and a component of condominium townhomes built by Holitzner and Aselford-Martin. The area is predominantly comprised of bungalows on large lots and the community boasts many parks, great schools, churches, a community centre with tennis courts and soccer fields, Centennial Library, City of Ottawa’s Entrance Pool and is next to an extensive network of NCC trails.

Bellwood Estates

Bellwood Estates (formerly the Bellwood Mobile Home Park) is a quiet community of over 250 well maintained mobile homes located on leased land. The park was established in 1959 and is now owned and operated by Parkbridge Lifestyle Communities. Homes in this area are within walking distance to schools, shops, restaurants, and everything that Robertson Road in Bells Corners has to offer.
